Cool, thanks everyone!
So, my name is Will, [and] I am a
computer science graduate student at
the University of Washington.
And I have spent the last couple of falls
teaching Computer Science in Pyongyang.
I haven't... So, I did a Reddit AMA last
year when I got back, but I haven't really
talked that much because the whole issue
around this country is extremely
politicised, and it's very easy to end up
in the large narrative that I don't really
have much to contribute to.
So, the disclaimer is [that] there's going
to be nothing about this, or about this,
and this will entirely be, sort-of,
"What did I see when I was there?",
"What were the students like that I was--
teaching", and
"What was consumer technology,--
in terms of desktops, mobile phones", and
"What does technology look like there?"
So this is the campus I was at, it is the
Pyongyang University of Science and
Technology,
