So, I've heard is a wide stance better, is a narrow stance better. Which one?
Which one should I do?
If you have a narrow stance,
it's very hard to be athletic at all in a narrow position.
I can't really,
again I call this Tin Man,
but you can't move. All I can move are really my shoulders.
Everything else is kind of stuck. So, the ball comes at me or if I am
having to move,
I'm gonna have to like get wide and then try
to step and that just takes time away from you.
Whereas if I'm already wide and down,
I can shift, I can move, I can bend,
I can get out of the way of a ball. I can shuffle. I'm already in position.
It just makes me a split step faster
or hair faster. And anything faster is an advantage on your end.
