[VG] Aaron Paul and his wife, Lauren,
had the best party.
They had a finale screening party
at "Hollywood Forever" cemetery.
And, I sort of had it in my mind's eye,
that I would be home alone,
sort of watching it, quietly.
And instead, we go to this
amazing screening with 3500 people.
Just a madhouse.
But it was wonderful.
It was the perfect way to end
the whole, six year experience.
[Reporter] As a fan, it was helpful,
knowing "Better Call Saul" was coming.
What can you share about that?
[VG] "Better Call Saul" will very likely
be a prequel.
It will be about an hour long.
It's not going to be a half hour.
It's not going to be a sitcom.
It's going to certainly be funnier
than "Breaking Bad."
There will be more lightness
to "Better Call Saul."
Although, there will be
some drama, as well.
I mean, you can't have one
without the other, I find.
But, it should be a lot of fun
to work on.
Bob Odenkirk is a wonderful actor,
and a great guy.
Peter Gould, who created
the character of Saul Goodman.
It's going to be great,
working with those guys.
I'm hoping we will soon be
back at work,
with as much of our old
"Breaking Bad" crew as possible.
That's a big part of the draw for me,
in wanting to do that.
It is to 'get the band
back together.'
Like the "Blues Brothers" said.
I want to get as much of the folks
who worked on "Breaking Bad"
back together, as possible.
[Reporter] Do you know who
may be coming back for a cameo?
[VG] You know, the sky is the limit,
with a prequel.
"Better Call Saul" will exist
in the time before Saul met Walter White.
So, in that time, everybody who is now
deceased, in the "Breaking Bad" world,
is obviously still alive.
You never know who might turn up,
or when, or where.
We have not nailed it down, yet.
We have not figured out exactly
what shape the story will take.
But, I could definitely see
a version of this,
where Mike Ehrmantraut is an
important part of the series.
We have only really seen Saul
in his professional habitat.
It will be interesting to see
a more personal, intimate side
of Saul Goodman.
[Laughing]
[VG] Hey, mom!
I'm in show biz!
This is actually kind of fun.
[Ocean roars]
I'm wearing a $2000 suit
in the ocean.
