Color is magic,

all of us are color.

Color protects us every day.

I never know if it's a neighborhood --

well, at times there are problems,

but now everything has calmed down.

It's a neighborhood that is

humble, in one word.

Las Palmitas, for me, is a neighborhood

that maybe isn't so pretty

because truthfully there are a lot of people

who spend their time taking drugs
and roaming the streets.

In Las Palmitas, I would add color.

What the Germen Crew is going to do

here on the hill is a mural of

20,000 square meters (215,000 square feet)

that will transform the district of Las Palmitas

into the first magical neighborhood
in the country.
