Dialogue: 0,9:59:59.99,9:59:59.99,Default,,0000,0000,0000,,Hello! \NNamaste\NMy name is Meghna\NMost welcome to my channel\NAnd today I'm sitting in the Indraprastha Park\NI read a beautiful book \NWhich I'm going to tell you about.\NThe book is Geetansh Thakur’s Veerta or Balidaan.\NAs the title and book cover convey, \NThe book is written in the patriotic theme.\NOur India got its independence in the year 1947\NBut how it got it \NHow many sacrifices were made behind it\NHow many heroes shed their blood for the country\NThat's the story which is written in this book by Geetansh Thakur\NVeerta or Balidaan \NThe story is about Phoolma and Kishan.\NKishan, who has his widowed mother,  two brothers and one sister.\NThey all are living in poverty\NOne day Kishan finds out that the Britishers tend to replace his work with machines.\NHe got tensed about his income, his family and how he'll raise his siblings.\NSo he thinks about joining the Army.\NAfter joining the Army, he felt guilty about working for the Britishers and harming his own country's citizens.\NHe thinks that I'm beating and hurting them,\NWhat kind of independence it is!\NWhat kind of work am I pursuing!\NBut time goes on….\NAnd his younger brother joins Independent India movement \NAnd show his bravery by protesting against Britishers.\NSeeing this, Kishan felt empowered and \Nvowed to never work for Britishers.\NHe left the Army and became part of the independence movement.\NThe love interest of Kishan is also portrayed in this story, where\NPhoolma is his lover.\NHow their love grows with time.\NPhoolma tries to convince him that he should go and join the Army and work for the country.\NSo this is about the short, beautiful story of this book.\NTalking about the writing skills, \NThe writer Geetansh used short sentences and has tried to use simple language for the readers.\NAt some points, there is a spelling mistakes \Nwhich I can understand since it is his first book\NThere are so many writers like Geetansh Thakur who want to communicate their thoughts to the world.\NThey want to say so many things but do not find their way.\NThis is a self-published book of Geetansh.\NWriters can opt a way of self-publishing their book to communicate their thoughts and opinions to the readers like you and me.\NThe speciality about this book is,\NWhen you read this book, \Nyou will get to know the situations and environment of the time when India was on its way to independence.\NLike when Gandhiji reached India, how did he influence the anti-british movement,\NWhen bhagat singh stood against the British,how did it affect Kishan \Nand became the inspiration for the youth.\NThese are the types of  imagery that has been shown in the book.\NOn the other hand, the relationship between Phoolma and Kishan is portrayed….\NWhen he returns from his military training,\NHe bought  for Phoolma and tried to put it on to her.\NBut Phoolma doesn't accept it,\NIt's really a beautiful scene which is portrayed \NHe says I really love you and brought it for you.\NBut she says I will accept it on the day we will get married.\NThere are many small instances like this that Geetansh has included in the story.\NSome instances feel so real while reading it almost feels like you are a part of it.
