I’ve heard this remark “you are ok the way you are” at some psychologists and I think it is rubbish.
If you don’t have goals, drink, watch pornography, have no aim, you are not ok the way you are. You have to change yourself. Don’t fall in the pitfall of people who are telling you that you are ok the way you are. You have to change yourself!
