Immediately after the interview is

the best time to organize your notes and write down any further comments

while the interview is still fresh in your mind.

Remember that all your notes should be specific only to the job requirements.

Do not include any notes that are personal or that could appear discriminatory.

Next, go through your list of “must have” skills and “would like to have skills” and rate this candidate for each skill.

If you do this after each interview, it’ll make your final hiring decision much easier.

You’ll also need to follow your company’s human resources paperwork and make

the necessary copies for your reference and future recruiting needs.
