We truly believe that Girl Above has the power to create a movement of young girls that will think differently about themselves and others. They will be rooted in confidence and kindness. They will have hope that they can overcome their hardships not only as a result of seeing others who have overcome, but also as a result of learning the power of grace, redemption and love of God.

We believe in sharing stories because we all have a story. A journey that has molded our perspectives and our fears. These stories are what make us unique. They are the fabric which makes up who we are and they stitch together our character. Our stories reflect our pain, our challenges and ultimately our ability to overcome.
These authentic Girl Above stories are boldly shared by girls that that have walked through trials that many of us can relate to. They have been marked by pain, yet they have experienced a redemptive grace. We hope these stories bring hope to the hopeless, rest to the weary, peace to the unsettled, inspiration to the desperate and light to the darkness.
