Instead of asking God if it's His will for you to pray for healing for people, start asking the people, "Excuse me, may I pray for you?"

If you do that, you will experience many people getting healed. You will see that it is God's will, and also that you don’t need a special gift of healing to heal the sick.

Do you need the gift of healing or just faith?

Do you love Jesus? Is He your Lord?
Do you obey Him? Then you will heal the sick and preach the Gospel.

Yes, this is what He has called us to do. You will not “only” heal the sick, you will also preach the Gospel. And you will not “only” preach the Gospel, you will also heal the sick.

These two things go hand in hand in Jesus' life and in His teachings, and it's what we see the early church did.

Remember also that Jesus is saying this:

"Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Yes, to heal the sick and share the Gospel is not a big yoke once you learn it.
