I have arrived, I am home. It's very simple, but that is pratice..You do ńot walk as walk anymore. You're as free person. You walk like the Budda. To be Budda, I walk on Earth, is possible.

The Buddha is ...you can enjoy the present moment. You can be a buddha, walking on beautiful planet. It is very important to feel at home in the here and in the now.

When you , very often in your daily life you. You forget completly, body and mind. When body and mind away from each other. You bring mind home to the body.

So every breath you take, every step. And make the step like that. You wake from the manifest and you can enjoy the here and the now. This is mindfulness, . I have arrived and I am homw. Your true home is not in German, Your true home is in the here and the now. I am solid, I'm free. To be solid, the past can push you away an the future can push you. The sorrow can't push you away anymore.
