This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Most people do not care about what happens with trash after they get rid of it. But what is it that really happens and why we should care? Mojmír Jirikovský tries to shed light on some of the problems with waste.

Mojmír je spoluzakladateľom spoločnosti JRK Waste Management, ktorá sa venuje hospodáreniu s bioodpadom a reštauračným odpadom. Jeho hlavnou ambíciou je predchádzať vzniku odpadu, prostredníctvom kompostovania priamo na mieste jeho pôvodu. V poslednej dobe sa tiež snaží skoncovať so stresom a sedavým spôsobom života pohybom a zdravou životosprávou. Je nadšený z toho, že to funguje.

Mojmir is a co-founder of JRK Waste Management - a company handling biowaste and restaurant waste. His main goal is to prevent waste production by composting it right at the place of its origin. Lately he has also been trying to put an end to stressful and sedentary way of life by exercising and eating healthy. He is excited to see that it works.
