I got a lot of requests from girls for today's video.

I will be introducing the body and hair care items that I use.

I hope this can be of some reference, or that you enjoy this video.

Here's the video.

First up are the shampoo and hair treatment I use.

They're both from the brand La CASTA.

They have different kinds, but I use #16 for both.

It makes your hair shiny.

Each number has its own characteristics,

And since each product has its own finish,

You can change it according to the condition of your hair and match it to the numbers.

The scent is very soft and gentle, which makes it easy to use.

For a treatment, I sometimes use #35 for smooth and silky hair.

I recommend this as well.

Next up are my hair dryer and brushes.

The dryer I use is a REPRONIZER 3D Plus.

The newest one that came out is the 4D Plus,

But since this one is totally usable, I'll use it well.

I often color or bleach my hair.

And I like using this because I feel like taking care of my hair as I dry it.

These are the settings it has.

I use three kinds of brushes.

First up is a MARKS & WEB brush.

It has a lot of bristles,

And it makes your hair smooth enough to run your fingers through it.

Next is a HONGO CR-350 brush.

It's quite pricey,

But this is my favorite brush and is very easy to use. I recommend it.

This yellow part is rubber and very soft.

It untangles hair without damaging your scalp.

Last up is a John Masters Organics comb that untangles your hair.

I use it when I want my hair to look a little unkempt.

Onto the next items.

I have a lot of things on the shelf behind this mirror.

I'll start from here.

They're a hair mist and hair oil from the brand SHIRO.

This is the mist, and this is the oil.

I've really been liking to use these recently.

They both have the same fragrance,

Which is very refreshing and summery.

At night I use the dryer,

Put this oil in my hair, and then go to sleep.

When I wake up the fragrance is still in my hair.

I recommend this in particular for women.

These are up next.

uka serum water silky style.

It's a hair treatment for when you style your hair. It's the one on the left.

It's a spray you use before using flat/curling irons.

You spray it on and then set your hair.

The bottle next to it is hair oil.

This was a birthday present from TOMOMI.

I'll use it well.

I'll show you what the inside bottle looks like.

This is what it looks like.

It's called "Windy Lady."

It's really cute.

This also has a very refreshing scent.

Starting from the left is Avène Thermal Spring Water.

You can get it at drugstores and the like.

You spray it on your body and face immediately after taking a bath.

I use it to prevent my skin from drying before I do my skincare routine.

Next to it is body gel by Non Grandir Pro.

It applies well and stays for a long time.

It's also used by pros at hair removal salons.

It has whitening ingredients and moisturizing ingredients, of course,

And has good ingredients for many skin types.

I really recommend this too.

I've repurchased this quite a lot of times.

Next to it is...

A bust cream by Peach John.

It's a cream for your bust.

Next to it is a moisturizing hip cream by Peach John.

These two come in a set and I've also repurchased it many times.

They're very moisturizing.

I highly recommend these. They have different effects on different parts of the body.

Aside from the bust and hips,

I use the body gel for everything else.

Lastly, I'll introduce the items I use before heading out.

Starting from the left,

This is a brand from Paris:

Officine Universelle Buly.

The name's difficult to say.

That's the brand.

The one on the furthest left is a perfume.

It's a water-based perfume and is made of ingredients that are very gentle to the skin.

The packaging is also really cute.

You could use it as decoration,

Which will lift up your mood.

The one behind it is from the same brand and is an oil.

It's moisturizing and has an enjoyable fragrance.

Then,

In front of that is a Chanel perfume.

I talked about it before in my Q&A video.

I've used this perfume for a long time.

Behind it is a body lotion by Chanel, which smells really good.

It's moisturizing and the fragrance lasts a long time,

So it's a favorite of mine that I've also repurchased a lot.

Next to that with the green label is a mask spray.

You spray the inside of your mask with this and it gives off a nice fragrance.

It's a relaxing item that'll make you feel a little more at ease.

Next to that is a body highlighter by Peach John.

When you wear something with a lower neckline or wear a camisole,

It gives you a very natural highlight effect when you want to make yourself shine a little.

I occasionally use it when I feel like it.

It lasts for quite a long time.

So these are the items that I use.

This was my first time doing this.
