NoFoodWasted connects grocery inventory systems to consumer facing mobile apps to provide real-time deals for best before date products on consumers' interest and location. The team's mission is to reduce food waste in a way that has immediate benefits to stores and consumers alike.

As of October 2016, NoFoodWasted has activated 150 supermarkets in Holland and are growing at a scale of 20 stores per month. Expansion into Europe is now the next big milestone. Beyond reducing waste already in the store, we want to contribute to a demand driven production model where waste is not created by giving farmers direct view of what consumers need in their supermarkets.
