- So I was, uh,

getting ready for Christmas last year, and uh,

um,

I was flying home and uh,

my,

I was thinking

about Christmas gifts, and uh,

I was like "Ah, I need to buy my [?] a Christmas gift,"

It was like two days before Christmas, and uh,

I was like, "Well..."

"you know, the easiest thing for a songwriter or musician is to write a song for someone!" [laughing]

So I wrote a song for her, uh, and put it on the album, and uh...

It was kind of an afterthought, really,

and, uh, I thought it'd fit well. It's, uh, called "When We Were Young," and I think most of us in here can relate to it.

There's a lot of young faces in here, but uh...
