All Will Be Gathered On Judgment Day - Conrad Murrell

  • 0:01 - 0:02
    That great day
  • 0:02 - 0:06
every soul is going to be there.
  • 0:06 - 0:08
They are all going to be there.
  • 0:08 - 0:10
    Every man,
  • 0:10 - 0:11
    woman,
  • 0:11 - 0:12
    boy and girl,
  • 0:12 - 0:16
    old and young.
  • 0:16 - 0:20
    All the wealthy and successful.
  • 0:20 - 0:26
As well as every penniless beggar.
  • 0:26 - 0:30
    All the wise.
  • 0:30 - 0:33
    The intelligent.
  • 0:33 - 0:34
    The accredited.
  • 0:34 - 0:37
    Those with their academic excellence.
  • 0:37 - 0:39
    Every fool.
  • 0:39 - 0:40
    The morons.
  • 0:40 - 0:43
    The slow witted.
  • 0:43 - 0:45
    The powerful!
  • 0:45 - 0:47
    And the weak.
  • 0:47 - 0:50
    The honest and the deceitful.
  • 0:50 - 0:53
    The righteous martyr
  • 0:53 - 0:55
as well as the human butchers
  • 0:55 - 0:59
    who murdered the saints.
  • 0:59 - 1:00
    The drug runners, the pimps,
  • 1:00 - 1:02
    and the prostitutes.
  • 1:02 - 1:05
The false professors and the hypocrites.
  • 1:05 - 1:06
    The timid.
  • 1:06 - 1:07
    The fearful.
  • 1:07 - 1:09
    And the unbelieving.
  • 1:09 - 1:13
All who love worldly life more than God.
  • 1:13 - 1:15
All are going to be there.
  • 1:15 - 1:18
And everybody's going to be stripped...
  • 1:18 - 1:21
    of everything
  • 1:21 - 1:28
that flesh and wit and world
  • 1:28 - 1:33
and wickedness has won for them.
  • 1:33 - 1:36
    Everything that your own
    strength of your flesh,
  • 1:36 - 1:39
    your own intelligence,
  • 1:39 - 1:41
    your own wit,
  • 1:41 - 1:43
and your own wickedness and device,
  • 1:43 - 1:44
    and your own hard work.
  • 1:44 - 1:45
    All that you put together
  • 1:45 - 1:47
to protect yourself and care for yourself
  • 1:47 - 1:49
    and insure yourself
  • 1:49 - 1:51
    and comfort yourself.
  • 1:51 - 1:53
You won't have any of it.
  • 1:53 - 1:55
You'll be brought back to ground zero
  • 1:55 - 1:58
    without money, without possessions,
  • 1:58 - 2:03
    without power.
  • 2:03 - 2:08
But more awful than anything else,
  • 2:08 - 2:13
as far as the unrighteous are concerned,
  • 2:13 - 2:15
    without Advocate.
  • 2:15 - 2:20
There won't be one voice in the universe
  • 2:20 - 2:26
to say one word good for you.
  • 2:26 - 2:28
    Not one.
  • 2:28 - 2:29
    You stand alone.
  • 2:29 - 2:32
Everybody else is worried about himself.
  • 2:32 - 2:35
    No voice, no voice.
  • 2:35 - 2:37
    No voice to comfort.
  • 2:37 - 2:39
    No voice to defend.
  • 2:39 - 2:45
    None whatsoever.
  • 2:45 - 2:47
    Even if I wasn't a Christian,
  • 2:47 - 2:49
if I had a hard day in this world,
  • 2:49 - 2:52
and everybody gave me a beating
and a kicking around and a cussing,
  • 2:52 - 2:55
when I got home, I would tell my wife
and she would put her arm around me
  • 2:55 - 2:57
and hug me and say, "That
is alright, honey. I love you.
  • 2:57 - 3:00
    You're alright. Don't you
    pay any attention to that."
  • 3:00 - 3:03
    There won't even be that.
  • 3:03 - 3:05
    None at all.
  • 3:05 - 3:07
    None.
  • 3:07 - 3:09
    Credentials will be gone.
  • 3:09 - 3:12
    All the honors and accolades
that have been given to men,
  • 3:12 - 3:13
    their worldly applause,
  • 3:13 - 3:18
    the hands have stopped clapping.
  • 3:18 - 3:22
The fine robes with the medals
  • 3:22 - 3:24
and the honors and the crowns
  • 3:24 - 3:25
and the stations and the badges
  • 3:25 - 3:30
and the seals of authority and position!
  • 3:30 - 3:32
    Gone!
  • 3:32 - 3:34
    Naked.
  • 3:34 - 3:35
    Nothing left. All gone.
  • 3:35 - 3:38
    Everything that sets men apart
  • 3:38 - 3:40
    and above other men.
  • 3:40 - 3:47
    All that is gone.
  • 3:47 - 3:51
    Nothing to plead your cause.
  • 3:51 - 3:54
    Nothing to plead your case
  • 3:54 - 3:57
    before Him.
  • 3:57 - 4:01
All things are open to clear with
Him with whom we have to do.
  • 4:01 - 4:02
    He is separating.
  • 4:02 - 4:04
    What we are;
  • 4:04 - 4:08
what we have done is crystal clear to Him.
  • 4:08 - 4:11
We are going to be stripped
    of all of our pretenses.
  • 4:11 - 4:12
    Our lives will avail nothing.
  • 4:12 - 4:16
    The hypocritical veil
  • 4:16 - 4:19
that all of us wear -
  • 4:19 - 4:23
    going to be stripped away.
  • 4:23 - 4:26
Now don't tell me you don't have any.
  • 4:26 - 4:30
    You do.
  • 4:30 - 4:32
    Why else when you want to say something;
  • 4:32 - 4:34
when you want to be real honest,
  • 4:34 - 4:37
    you say, "Honestly, I'm telling
    you honestly speaking."
  • 4:37 - 4:39
"I am going to be perfectly frank."
  • 4:39 - 4:41
Well, the reason you say that is
  • 4:41 - 4:43
you are not always perfectly honest.
  • 4:43 - 4:45
    You are a little hypocritical.
  • 4:45 - 4:47
All that is going to be gone.
  • 4:47 - 4:50
    Even those hypocrisies that
    you don't know about
  • 4:50 - 4:51
    that you have;
  • 4:51 - 4:55
they are going to be gone.
  • 4:55 - 4:59
That is all going to be there.
  • 4:59 - 5:01
The exposure of every wicked deed
  • 5:01 - 5:05
    and every impious thought.
  • 5:05 - 5:07
The Bible says every idle word
  • 5:07 - 5:09
that men shall speak in that day
  • 5:09 - 5:10
    shall be brought to account.
  • 5:10 - 5:12
    All those slanders.
  • 5:12 - 5:14
That murmuring and railing that you did
  • 5:14 - 5:17
    behind someone's back.
  • 5:17 - 5:22
    Every shameful thought.
  • 5:22 - 5:24
The most impious; the most lurid
  • 5:24 - 5:30
    cogitations of your mind.
  • 5:30 - 5:34
Every dirty word you have ever said.
  • 5:34 - 5:40
Every bad deed weighed for its wickedness.
  • 5:40 - 5:45
    And the full punishment pronounced
  • 5:45 - 5:52
    for every one of them.
  • 5:52 - 5:54
    All comprehended and weighed
  • 5:54 - 5:59
    in this one awful,
    awful, awful final word.
  • 5:59 - 6:03
    "Depart from Me ye wicked."
  • 6:03 - 6:06
    "Get out of My sight
  • 6:06 - 6:08
    unto everlasting punishment."
  • 6:08 - 6:10
    Prepared not for mankind
  • 6:10 - 6:12
but for the devil and his angels.
  • 6:12 - 6:14
    You like the devil.
  • 6:14 - 6:16
You preferred the company of demons
  • 6:16 - 6:18
    than the sweet blessed communion
  • 6:18 - 6:19
    of the Holy Ghost.
  • 6:19 - 6:21
    You enjoyed them.
  • 6:21 - 6:22
    They aided you.
  • 6:22 - 6:24
Now you can spend eternity with them
  • 6:24 - 6:26
and listen to their mocking and railing
  • 6:26 - 6:28
    and accusations and share
  • 6:28 - 6:30
    their eternal everlasting punishment.
  • 6:30 - 6:33
Don't get mad at me about this.
  • 6:33 - 6:36
You say, "I don't like that
    hellfire damnation preaching."
  • 6:36 - 6:37
There's too much of it in the Bible.
  • 6:37 - 6:40
We've been silent about it too long.
  • 6:40 - 6:43
    "Depart from Me ye cursed!"
  • 6:43 - 6:45
    God says that!
  • 6:45 - 6:47
    The suffering Savior says that!
  • 6:47 - 6:48
    The compassionate Son of God;
  • 6:48 - 6:50
He who died for men -
  • 6:50 - 6:51
    He says that.
  • 6:51 - 6:55
    "Depart from Me ye cursed
  • 6:55 - 6:59
    into everlasting fire."
  • 6:59 - 7:02
But there is another aspect to it.
  • 7:02 - 7:05
    Both the sheep as well
    as the goats are there.
  • 7:05 - 7:09
    There will be the revelation
    of every righteous deed,
  • 7:09 - 7:11
even and especially those of which
  • 7:11 - 7:14
    we're not aware.
  • 7:14 - 7:16
Who is going to bring those out?
  • 7:16 - 7:18
    The Lord is...
  • 7:18 - 7:21
He is going to tell us what we've done
  • 7:21 - 7:23
    that is right.
  • 7:23 - 7:24
    Now here on this earth
  • 7:24 - 7:25
you have men lie to you
  • 7:25 - 7:27
    and give you flattering
    lips and brag on you.
  • 7:27 - 7:29
You know they lie when they do it,
  • 7:29 - 7:30
but you like to hear it.
  • 7:30 - 7:32
But the fact that men have said it,
  • 7:32 - 7:35
    and you know that men
    are deceitful and flattering,
  • 7:35 - 7:36
detracts from the enjoyment of it.
  • 7:36 - 7:40
    When the Lord says it,
  • 7:40 - 7:43
    you know it is so.
  • 7:43 - 7:48
They will be brought out and
    commended by the Lord.
  • 7:48 - 7:49
    Every one of them.
  • 7:49 - 7:53
Not one cup of water given
  • 7:53 - 7:54
in the name of the Lord
  • 7:54 - 7:56
    shall lose its reward.
  • 7:56 - 7:59
    Do you think about that?
  • 7:59 - 8:02
That it is utterly impossible for you
  • 8:02 - 8:04
to do one right virtuous deed
  • 8:04 - 8:05
on the face of this earth
  • 8:05 - 8:09
and that slip by without His notice?
  • 8:09 - 8:12
Very few people know how good you are.
  • 8:12 - 8:15
    Not too many people know
    about your good deeds.
  • 8:15 - 8:18
But dear friend, God knows about them.
  • 8:18 - 8:21
    Every one of them.
  • 8:21 - 8:24
Now you talk about a motivation.
  • 8:24 - 8:27
You want to lay up some treasure?
  • 8:27 - 8:35
You want to prepare for your retirement?
  • 8:35 - 8:37
    And then that greatest;
  • 8:37 - 8:39
    that most blessed;
  • 8:39 - 8:41
    that ultimate in comfort;
  • 8:41 - 8:45
    the sweetest sound that
    ears could ever hear,
  • 8:45 - 8:48
"Come ye blessed of My Father."
  • 8:48 - 8:50
    That is what you are.
  • 8:50 - 8:53
You are the blessed of My Father.
  • 8:53 - 8:56
    "Enter into the rest prepared..."
  • 8:56 - 8:58
Not for the angels, but for you.
  • 8:58 - 9:01
From the foundation of the world.
  • 9:01 - 9:04
    Oh dear friend, just as
    sure as we're sitting here
  • 9:04 - 9:06
    breathing God's air this morning,
  • 9:06 - 9:07
you and I are going to hear
  • 9:07 - 9:10
one or the other of those two words.
  • 9:10 - 9:14
    "Come ye blessed."
  • 9:14 - 9:17
    "Depart ye cursed."
  • 9:17 - 9:22
So would it be that you would be ready
  • 9:22 - 9:24
    to meet Him?
  • 9:24 - 9:27
    Prepared for that great day,
  • 9:27 - 9:30
whether it come while we are living
  • 9:30 - 9:31
    or after we are dead.
  • 9:31 - 9:34
    Not going to make a
wit of a bit of difference.
  • 9:34 - 9:40
We are going to be gathered before Him.
