famous now, Mr Keshe -
12:11 - 12:14of the Keshe foundation
Spaceship Institute. -
12:14 - 12:19And he will expand today on the things
that happen this week, -
12:19 - 12:26and plans for the future and whatever
hot topics that come up. -
12:26 - 12:29I understand it's
pretty hot there Mr Keshe is, -
12:29 - 12:32so I am sure there's
lots of hot topics there. -

as usual wherever -
12:42 - 12:46and whenever you listen to these
Knowledge Seekers programs. -

12:50 - 12:53Today as usual
we carry on with teaching -
12:53 - 13:00And, we further try to expand
our horizon of knowledge -
13:00 - 13:03and being enlightened,
that we can achieve more. -
13:03 - 13:07In so many ways, in different aspects
of the development of the technology. -
13:08 - 13:11As usually,
we make some comment on -
13:12 - 13:16what is getting developed and
what is going on around the technology. -
13:18 - 13:20At this moment of time due to
-
13:20 - 13:27the way the technology is working
and is getting...expanding. -
13:27 - 13:32Is that, we have come with
the Authorities to the point that -
13:32 - 13:37we have to bring standards into
the structure of the Plasma. -
13:39 - 13:41What this means is,
-
13:42 - 13:49the scientists at Governmental level
and scientists at Institutional level -
13:49 - 13:54have start understanding
the process. -
13:54 - 13:57They have started
-
13:57 - 14:01... comprehending the changes that
this technology's bringing. -
14:02 - 14:05They have started putting the materials
-
14:05 - 14:07and the conditions these kind
of materials produce -
14:07 - 14:10Into test and seeing
the results, very rapidly. -
14:11 - 14:15Now, as usual,
as is their job, -
14:15 - 14:17they're asking,
"What's next?" -
14:17 - 14:20We have to develop
a standard for this. -
14:21 - 14:25So, we are working now
with Governmental Institutes -
14:26 - 14:30And in a coming time we we'll ask
for a lot of help from you -
14:30 - 14:34Knowledge Seekers who are expert in
these In this kind of things, or -
14:34 - 14:38you have seen a way of doing it
in an easier way, -
14:38 - 14:41to collaborate
with Keshe Foundation, Ghana. -
14:41 - 14:43And then it goes with

14:44 - 14:47A standardization,
of finding new systems, -
14:47 - 14:49new ways,
-
14:50 - 14:53to measure what
we have developed. -
14:53 - 14:58What this means is, that
we have developed the GaNS, -
14:58 - 15:00we have developed
nano-materials, -
15:02 - 15:08we have developed
the interaction of Plasma, -
15:08 - 15:10Liquid-Plasma,
what we call, 'the water' -
15:10 - 15:15which has
no traces of the GaNS in it. -
15:15 - 15:21But carries all the propriety
of the material which is used. -
15:21 - 15:28So, now we have come to redefine a lot of
understanding about the technology. -
15:30 - 15:33What we had to do,
in the past few weeks, -
15:33 - 15:37working with scientists at
Governmental level to bring -
15:37 - 15:42the situation under the
understanding of the totality. -
15:42 - 15:45When we call
a measurement, what it is. -
15:45 - 15:48We had to explain
a lot of things, in the new way -
15:48 - 15:52which gradually will filter down,
and people will understand. -
15:53 - 15:57We call the GaNS production
of the liquid-Plasma. -
15:57 - 15:59How do we create it?
What does it do? -
15:59 - 16:01How is it achieved?
-
16:03 - 16:07For example,
if you put ... -
16:07 - 16:09cup of GaNS,
-
16:11 - 16:14and then put water on it,
mix it with the water. -
16:14 - 16:16We all have seen it.
-
16:17 - 16:21The water moves up
and the GaNS settles. -
16:23 - 16:25What does it do?
How does this happen? -
16:25 - 16:28Why do we get like...
-
16:28 - 16:32the material
of the GaNS at the bottom, -
16:32 - 16:35and what happens to the water?
-
16:35 - 16:41In fact, if you look at it
it's a filtering system. -
16:43 - 16:48We are used to the filtering
by the water going in through the filter -
16:48 - 16:50and come out,
the other way, clean. -
16:51 - 16:55But with the GaNS, because
of his property, it's totally opposite. -
16:57 - 16:58You can put a GaNS on the top

16:58 - 17:02and as the water goes through,
it filters the water. -
17:04 - 17:10So, the GaNS process for
production of the liquid-Plasma -
17:10 - 17:14We call it 'a filtering' now,
because it's easier way, -
17:14 - 17:15for the water goes through.

17:15 - 17:18This layer it's not solid,
it's not like you put a chalk -
17:18 - 17:23and Calcium, whatever,
in the solid filters now. -
17:23 - 17:27You get now,
a mixture of the GaNS filter. -
17:29 - 17:34This has changed a lot of
understanding for the scientists. -
17:34 - 17:36It's a filtering process.

17:37 - 17:39And, in that filtering process

17:40 - 17:42it goes through,

17:44 - 17:47bacteria change as much as

17:48 - 17:51anything else,
which could be in the water. -
17:52 - 17:56Now, we are learning, more
and more, about this filtering -
17:57 - 17:59and now, we can quantify it.

17:59 - 18:02We have to
start quantifying it. -
18:02 - 18:05We have seen the American
company who took the -
18:05 - 18:13GaNS of Gold as a nano-structure, and
we saw it in presentation, months ago. -
18:13 - 18:19How they have mixed the
solid GaNS of Gold, -
18:19 - 18:23in other sediments,
as a layer of filtering. -
18:25 - 18:30So, we created a new system,
we have created a liquid filtering. -
18:30 - 18:36Or what we call, in a state of
'non solid-state'. -
18:38 - 18:42This has giving us a new way,
easier to be able, -
18:42 - 18:45to explained the
process to the scientists. -
18:46 - 18:49Now, this has
pushed us to the next level. -
18:49 - 18:58What we saw in TEPCO, in situation, with
the testing and then implementation of it. -
18:58 - 19:01Was the scientist in TEPCO came up,
we cannot measure. -
19:01 - 19:05This thing keeps in going, the more water
we get from it, the lower it goes. -
19:05 - 19:13So, we have done with TEPCO
two years ago, to dry the GaNS. -
19:14 - 19:17So, now we can
use a dry GaNS as a filter. -
19:18 - 19:21We can literally,
put it there as cement. -
19:21 - 19:23But now,
we can measure it. -
19:25 - 19:30So many milligram of GaNS
has such a strength, -
19:32 - 19:34has such properties.

19:38 - 19:42The other thing, now we are
facing with the scientists is, -
19:42 - 19:45for the first time
we have to explain -
19:45 - 19:50the strength of our GaNS
in a totally different way. -
19:52 - 19:55In a totally different way
than we are use to. -
19:56 - 19:58I was just explaining,
before we start. -
19:58 - 20:03We have to start explaining GaNS in a
3-dimensional property matter, -
20:03 - 20:06which's never been done before.

20:08 - 20:12It becomes
a 3-dimensional entity. -
20:12 - 20:16At such a point, with such
a gravitational-strength, -
20:16 - 20:20and with such a magnetical-strength,
in such a position, -
20:20 - 20:23in the space
of the Plasma. -
20:23 - 20:28This behavior is let's say
characteristics of Hydrogen. -
20:33 - 20:36At the same time,
we change another parameter, -
20:37 - 20:43is the property of, what you call
determining what other element -
20:43 - 20:47is in a vicinity
of the Hydrogen, -

this representation. -

this element is not strong enough -

has any effect in it's operation. -
23:39 - 23:44So, the body rejects it, to go out,
that there is a place for a new one. -
23:44 - 23:49So, the knowledge we need to learn,
is what our body does already. -
23:49 - 23:51We have a point of reference.

23:51 - 23:58How does body measure that
Radioactive material in our limbs, -
23:58 - 24:05in our, what we call, 'sub stations' of
the brain, the glands, -
24:05 - 24:11decide that it's not effective anymore,
that it needs replacement? -
24:12 - 24:15So, the body has built a
measurement system for itself. -
24:19 - 24:23We never knew this, now we know,

24:23 - 24:29how we can develop technologies,
that we see the effectiveness level -

a way to replace it. -

now that the legal frame -
25:38 - 25:41and the organizations around the World
are getting to understand -

scientific organizations, -
25:45 - 25:48standardizing organizations,
in Ghana has started. -
25:48 - 25:50We see other Governments coming in,

25:50 - 25:53because they are
getting used in their country. -
25:54 - 26:00In next 6-12 months you will see a
massive move in standardizing. -
26:01 - 26:06We have had a meeting in past few weeks
with number of scientists -
26:06 - 26:1010-15 and a group from
different legislation part, -
26:10 - 26:14that understanding is there, we have
to do something with it, now. -
26:15 - 26:18So, what we need is from all of you
-
26:19 - 26:23who've been around,
or you work or you see, -
26:24 - 26:28to come up with different measurement's
and how you see one thing can be measured -
26:28 - 26:31as ... Copper, or
can be confirmed to be CO2. -
26:32 - 26:38This is become essential,
because this way, for example, -
26:38 - 26:43I can sell a water from a tap
and say it's a CO2. -
26:44 - 26:50And, I can sell a water from the tap
putting through the filtering system, -
26:50 - 26:55what we call a Plasma liquid,
and tell you, this is the CO2. -
26:55 - 27:00We are looking now in organizations
to bring a system, -
27:00 - 27:03it'll take months, take years,
it won't be tomorrow. -
27:03 - 27:08Where for example in
the house you buy water, -
27:08 - 27:10which is as they say
it's the GaNS of CO2. -

everyday situation for us -
