佢有另一個名，叫海星。你可以喺佢哋學校嘅自然環境裏面搵到所有嘅動物。佢哋相信喺小朋友嘅教育裏面需要大自然嘅元素，因為大自然可以令佢哋更加識得思考、對地球更加有責任意識。同其他主流香港學校完全唔同，尤其香港係一個競爭大嘅社會，佢哋用更自然嘅方法做教學。
佢鍾意教學，更鍾意大自然。佢過住大自然嘅生活。鄉師自然學校係香港第一間以大自然、以人為本、獨立為目標嘅私立小學。學校由一班老師成立。呢班老師都相信大自然係未來教育重要嘅一部分。
呢次演講喺一個 TEDx 活動裏面進行，採用 TED conference 形式，但係由本地社區獨立籌辦。詳見 http://ted.com/tedx 。
