I had an experience last week that I have never had before. My Outlook account crashed and I was unable to rebuild it using the Microsoft utility. Five days later I am back up and running but not without consequence. I lost five days of emails and I’m still reconstructing and verifying my contacts and calendar information.
So what happened and how did social media serve me during this time? Today’s show is a Mail Bag show where I will be answering recent questions that have been posed to me from participants in my audiences, LinkedIn Boot Camps, and from email. But part of today’s show will be my own story of that dark period of communication – what happened, why it happened, what I learned, and what I will do going forward.
Plus I’ll be addressing questions about the new LinkedIn changes, facebook promotions, frustrations with Twitter, and more!
