Brace Memorial Lecture featuring Shira Perlmutter, Chief Policy Officer and Director for International Affairs at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Perlmutter’s topic was From Paralysis to Progress: The (Useful) Art of Copyright Pragmatism .
