Many of us think that the world is managed by state-of-the-art technologies as well as high-level ones. But the question is, what is the root of the technologies, and where do they come from? Nowadays, people need to realize that all the technological systems in the world are based on creativity and innovation, and the companies, organizations, and institutes all around the world won't be effective if they don't affect innovation in their work or the society around them. In today's world, understanding the fact that we are now entering the Fourth Industrial Revolution and that all the managerial and industrial currents are in the process of revolutionizing is an undeniable fact. Now the question is whether this return to innovation is truly a paradox or a mental strategy. Masoud Shafaghi, Strategic Planning and Coordination Manager at International Federation of Inventors' Associations - IFIA, have awarded also Honorary Diplomas from Germany, Kuwait, Switzerland, Croatia, Romania, Russia, and Belgium since 2008 till now.
