for instance, to produce one pound of beef, we use:

2,500 gallons of water
55 square feet of rainforest
16 lbs of grain
80 kg of CO2

then there is the literal byproducts of the animal industry: poop. 90,000 lbs of it every minute, to be exact. with no sewage treatment, plumbing, or waste management. this leeches into our groundwater as well as causes great health risks to people working on or living around farms.

so, cut the bullshit, and go vegan!
