Dear Pastors and Leaders,

In my book The Call of Jesus (and in this video series The Call of Jesus) I've dedicated a whole chapter to those of you who are pastors and leaders in the church.

Why? Because I truly believe that you love Jesus. I truly believe that you desire the truth. I truly believe that you want to do what is right.

But, I also see that for many of you out there, it is difficult. It is difficult to change a system. It is difficult to please everyone. I would even say that it is almost impossible, but I know that God wants to help you.

When I speak to you in this video, I speak as somebody who myself has been a pastor in a church, and I know how difficult it is. But, one day a man came to me and he asked me different questions. One of the questions was, "Torben, what do you want? Do you want a church with a thousand people, or do you want a thousand churches with ten people in each? Do you want a church with a thousand people or do you want a movement that is changing the world?"

Those questions just made me think, and it became the beginning of a long journey where I decided that I want to see a movement that is changing the world!

I want to do what is right, not because everyone understands, but because it's the right thing to do, and because it is the truth.

Paul says, "I am innocent of your blood." Why did Paul say that? He said it because he had been preaching the WHOLE TRUTH, and had kept NOTHING back.

What we've been teaching in this video series The Call of Jesus is not my words, but Jesus' words, and His words are the truth. As a leader you have a responsibility to teach not just a little of the truth but the whole truth so that people can be SET FREE, and so that their blood will not be demanded of you.

It's not about TLR... It's not about a ministry... It's all about the kingdom of God.
