day[br]into Zone to be Defended. 0:03:22.317,0:03:26.355 So there was a big resistance [br]with lots of different forms of action, 0:03:26.355,0:03:33.908 including sabotage, black bloc been pressured 0:06:08.362,0:06:13.726 and even attacked for [br]having dug holes in the concrete 0:06:13.726,0:06:16.591 of one of the roads which crosses the ZAD. 0:06:16.591,0:06:21.048 And someone especially was [br]put in the trunk and taken out of there, 0:06:21.048,0:06:25.389 molested and left almost naked [br]in front of a psychiatric hospital. 0:06:25.389,0:06:29.139 And it’s been some 0:08:59.636,0:09:03.270 slated to pass through their [br]territories en route to refineries 0:09:03.270,0:09:05.395 and tankers on the Pacific coast. 0:09:05.395,0:09:08.442 Ground zero in this stand [br]has been the Unis’to’ten Camp, 0:09:08.442,0:09:12.242 constructed in 2010 as a [br]permanent resistance community, 0:09:12.242,0:09:16.075 located smack dab in the path [br]of the originally proposed route 0:09:16.075,0:09:20.638 of the Northern Gateway, Pacific Trails, [br]and Coastal Gaslink pipelines. 0:09:20.638,0:09:24.350 The Unist’ot’en have also established [br]a checkpoint system, 0:09:24.350,0:09:27.706 with access to the territories [br]conditional on completing 0:09:27.706,0:09:30.905 a Free Prior and [br]Informed Consent Protocol. 0:09:30.905,0:09:33.189 This system grants [br]the Unis’tot’en authority 0:09:33.189,0:09:35.499 over who gains access to their territory, 0:09:35.499,0:09:39.327 which has allowed them to keep [br]representatives of the extractive
