Hello, RINA here!

My video today...

It's something that I made as my first YouTube video as well.

During this stay home time I made a zine.

A zine is a volume where you compile things that you like.

It's like a magazine.

I had a lot freedom to make a volume like that,

And it's now almost complete.

I had a meeting about it the first thing this afternoon

And made progress with it by exchanging emails at home.

It's looking like it'll turn out really well.

A sample of it still hasn't been made,

But I'm recording this video because I'm happy that things are going well

As its image is being solidified. Things are getting exciting.

That's why I'm filming this video.

That's how things are right now.

As for the content of the zine,

During this stay-at-home time--

Well, I couldn't go outside and I wanted to make something while I'm staying home,

So that's why I started to make it.

I used old magazines I had at home

And flyers I get in the mail every day for my material,

And put together different combinations.

I made one page per day to create something that reflects my mood for the day,

And that makes you feel femininity when you look at it.

I finished 22 pages, and in total it contains 22 pages.

In the beginning this was more of a self-fulfilling thing--

Or rather, I thought about finishing it as something solely for myself.

But I had put out a video on YouTube of me making it,

And when I posted a bit of the production process on my IG Stories,

I got a lot of replies from people who said that they wanted to see it.

Since it was made, I thought about how it should also be delivered to everyone,

And am putting it all together now.

I don't have the actual sample yet, and the sample image was created with the data they had of it,

I said that all in one breath.

I'm really happy.

This has kind of fun and excitement to it that's different from releasing music,

And that makes me happy.

I'm looking forward to everyone's reactions,

And I'm really happy that I get to share my favorite things in different ways.

Zines are fundamentally filled with collages,

But I also inserted a little bit of text on the last page.

Things like what I was thinking when I first started making it,

What I think about it reaching others,

And giving it a femininity-like theme.

I wrote about all that in detail,

So I hope you'll take that in as well.

Lately--this is a completely different subject,

But it makes me really happy that I've been seeing people here and there

Saying things like they learned about me via YouTube and then followed me on Instagram, or subscribed to my channel.

We might not have crossed paths if I never started my YT channel.

Also, when I asked on my Instagram the other day about what I should do for my next YT video,

A lot of people sent me ideas, commented, or DMed me.

There were so many ideas sent to me,

But I got things like, "The meaning...of this video..."

How was that written?

(Laughing to myself...🥺)

There were a lot of people who wrote things like,

"I'm not sure there's a meaning to this video--that's how laidback it is."

I thought that was really great.

Like, probably...

I want...

To do something that I can't do elsewhere.

It's kind of weird talking about what other people said.

So yeah.

I hope to also release videos about nothing in particular.

I'm hoping that I can make fun videos

While taking everyone's opinions into account,

So I hope you'll continue to watch.
