A Panamanian national can create a Panama digital oath which can be utilised at a U.S. national court to attest that you isn't a man of interest to the United States. The affidavit must contain specific stipulations and it must be signed by a notary public. It is important to remember that a Panama digital document is not regarded as legal or evidence in any way whatsoever. It is merely a confirmation that the data contained in it's true and correct. There are a number of circumstances where the government of Panama might accept the sworn statement as evidence of citizenship. However, the mere creation of this record won't help one obtain legal standing in the country.
