(h) TROM - 2.2 Documents

  • 0:04 - 0:19
    [ Documents / Educational System / Work ]
  • 0:28 - 0:34
Ever since you were born, without your knowledge, others put you into the monetary system.
  • 0:34 - 0:39
Birth certificate, name, then ID, and so on.
  • 0:40 - 0:45
All are written papers, (mostly) on a computer, and printed through a device.
  • 0:45 - 0:50
What is seen on those papers is called language, which we will discuss later.
  • 0:51 - 0:55
You need to be aware that those are just papers with some marks on them.
  • 0:55 - 1:02
No such paper, document, receipt, voucher, etc, have any actual value...
  • 1:02 - 1:05
    all value lies in imagination.
  • 1:05 - 1:09
If you accept an ID to be your identity, it will be.
  • 1:09 - 1:17
Speaking of names, your name is chosen by others, and is another line of marks, in the form of language.
  • 1:18 - 1:24
You are also limited with your choice of a name, because you can use only a certain number of letters, or groups.
  • 1:25 - 1:31
These letters will be converted into sounds, and you will recognize yourself through them, the same goes for others.
  • 1:32 - 1:40
Personalized sounds for individuals that, can be changed by different procedures at different stages of life.
  • 1:40 - 1:44
Many people have the same name, so they aren’t actually personal.
  • 1:45 - 1:48
So, we know the reality about names.
  • 1:48 - 1:54
They represent a group of letters (marks) through which you identify yourself,
  • 1:54 - 1:58
and the documents have no value if you do not assign it.
  • 2:03 - 2:13
In fact, paper containing such marks, is as valuable as a marriage certificate, or any other document accepted by the monetary system.
  • 2:13 - 2:20
The scary part is that the system is based on these papers, and they can be "falsified" easily.
  • 2:20 - 2:24
Because of this you can suffer, severely.
  • 2:27 - 2:33
This is an ordinary suburban house, and this is the owner of the property, Mrs. E. Homstein.
  • 2:33 - 2:36
About to let herself in after a day at work.
  • 2:36 - 2:39
She doesn't realize she's about to become a victim of crime.
  • 2:39 - 2:43
The hustlers were about to steal something very valuable from her.
  • 2:43 - 2:46
No, is not her car or her cash...
  • 2:46 - 2:49
They're going to steal her identity!
  • 2:51 - 2:54
This is the "I.D. theft hustle"
  • 2:55 - 2:59
ID theft is one of the fastest growing crimes in this country, and globally.
  • 2:59 - 3:05
In general what happens is the hustlers get hold of basic bits of information about you.
  • 3:05 - 3:08
They may get part of your credit card, they may get your national insurance number...
  • 3:08 - 3:10
    ...anything they can find.
  • 3:10 - 3:13
Then they use this information to obtain credit.
  • 3:13 - 3:16
I get loans, credit cards, all in your name.
  • 3:16 - 3:26
Now when I say credit, you've got to think about debt, because basically they're mounting debt that you will be responsible for.
  • 3:26 - 3:31
The hustlers have collected application forms for loans, credit cards and refined companies.
  • 3:31 - 3:35
They are furiously applying for credit, and this is honed in his name.
  • 3:35 - 3:37
But how do we get details to fill in the forms?
  • 3:37 - 3:42
Two nights previously our hustler Paul had an ambivalent task,
  • 3:42 - 3:44
    to bin rummaging.
  • 3:49 - 3:53
Under the cover of darkness, Paul finds the alley behind the mark's house where rubbish is thrown.
  • 3:53 - 3:58
Having retrieved the bin bags, he starts to perform his dirty deed...
  • 3:58 - 4:02
He looks for any discarded documents he could use for I.D. theft
  • 4:02 - 4:05
And Bingo! It looks like he's hit?
  • 4:05 - 4:10
Two of Mrs. Homstein utility bills have been discarded amongst the rubbish
  • 4:10 - 4:14
Which as experts will tell you, is a common way to lose out to I.D. fraud!
  • 4:14 - 4:20
One of the ? that the criminals use to get hold of this information is to get through your bins.
  • 4:20 - 4:26
It's not at epidemic levels we want you to think that everyday someone is going through your bins,
  • 4:27 - 4:28
    but it could happen.
  • 4:28 - 4:32
If you put any bills, any personal details in your dustbin,
  • 4:32 - 4:36
there are people going around late at night taking your rubbish away
  • 4:37 - 4:40
After sending the forms off and waiting two weeks,
  • 4:40 - 4:48
our hastlers have now received three credit cards with a total credit limit of 10,000£; in the mark's name Mrs Homstein.
  • 4:48 - 4:53
Rather than spending all this money, fraudulently ruining the mark's credit rating
  • 4:53 - 4:59
Alex and Jess are on their way to confront Mrs Homstein, to demonstrate how shocking this crime really is.
  • 4:59 - 5:05
They have packed a purse with receits, documents and the credit card obtained in her name.
  • 5:06 - 5:09
At the mark's address our hidden cameras watch the action
  • 5:13 - 5:17
-Hello -Hi,hey you are Mrs Homstein, i just found your wallet outsides
  • 5:18 - 5:19
    It is ?
  • 5:19 - 5:21
    Isn't that your wallet ?
  • 5:21 - 5:25
    Ah .. It's my name , but it's not my stuff .
  • 5:25 - 5:27
We just found it on the floor outside ..
  • 5:27 - 5:29
    Oh my God ! Somebody 's ..
  • 5:30 - 5:34
Ohh .. This is so my name ... - But it's not your credit card ? - They're not mine ..
  • 5:36 - 5:39
    - In fact ..- How strange !
  • 5:39 - 5:41
    Mrs Homstein ..
  • 5:41 - 5:44
To be honest with you , we didn't just find it ..
  • 5:44 - 5:46
    We actually made it .
  • 5:46 - 5:47
    What ?!
  • 5:47 - 5:49
    Well..
  • 5:49 - 5:51
    We also made this ..
  • 5:52 - 5:56
This is a loan , taken out in your name , for 10,000£ .
  • 5:56 - 5:59
    It's been accepted.
  • 6:02 - 6:03
    - You've made this?
  • 6:03 - 6:04
    - Yeah ..- Why have u done that then?
  • 6:04 - 6:06
    Can I get a jump ?
  • 6:06 - 6:09
    - Come on inside ! - That's alright .. we'll wait for you here .
  • 6:09 - 6:12
I'll show you exactly how we've made things .
  • 6:12 - 6:15
We used these , that we found in your bin .
  • 6:15 - 6:19
Password , your name , your address ,
  • 6:19 - 6:22
This is another, credit card bill ,
  • 6:23 - 6:26
That's my sloppiness , doing that
  • 6:26 - 6:29
    - I throw everything away - Bank statement as well .
  • 6:29 - 6:32
Why is he throwing this stuff around .
  • 6:32 - 6:38
So from that , we were able to get credit..-Three credit cards ? 10.000£
  • 6:38 - 6:42
    -Frightening isn't it ? -It's terrifying !
  • 6:42 - 6:45
At least Mrs Homstein didn't actually lose her money to our hastlers.
  • 6:45 - 6:50
Which is more than can be said for many victims of this worrying crime
  • 6:50 - 6:54
?Cause I refuse to use credit , so I rather see an end, to find out why?
  • 6:54 - 6:59
And they send me a long list, and against variations of my name on my old place
  • 6:59 - 7:01
    Where I lived before, previously.
  • 7:01 - 7:05
There was about 5000-6000£ worth of debt.
  • 7:05 - 7:09
Cause these people that moved into my flat, had actually used my name
  • 7:09 - 7:11
to open up different accounts .
  • 7:11 - 7:15
    Opened up , Harrods account , Avon account , Grethen's , Freemans
  • 7:15 - 7:17
    all the electrical places and
  • 7:17 - 7:23
that's how she's got about 5000-6000 £ worth of goods, onto my name.
  • 7:23 - 7:25
But I felt like a criminal
  • 7:25 - 7:29
When this guy came in ...so you know...You've been refused credit, sort of thing
  • 7:29 - 7:32
    I thought why ? I knew I wasn't in debt.
  • 7:34 - 7:39
In the past you may have noticed , that we've been quite eager to accept checks from people that we hustled .
  • 7:39 - 7:40
And there is a reason for that.
  • 7:40 - 7:44
A check once written , is as good as cash
  • 7:44 - 7:47
But to a bunch of hustles , it can be a lot more than that .
  • 7:47 - 7:52
I don't write checks , because every time you write a check you leave an auto trail
  • 7:52 - 7:54
On the check is your name and address , your phone number
  • 7:54 - 7:57
your bank's name and address, your signature , your account number
  • 7:57 - 7:58
    your routing number
  • 7:58 - 8:00
That alone is enough for me to draft on your bank account .
  • 8:00 - 8:04
There are many ways a hustle can misuse a check .
  • 8:04 - 8:09
And throughout the past year , ours were happy to help by handling over a pen .
  • 8:09 - 8:14
These ladies gave Alex a check for a deposit on a flat that was never up for lease.
  • 8:15 - 8:17
This man payed for some old brick of cards
  • 8:17 - 8:21
that he thought it was genuine game show "Memorabilia"
  • 8:22 - 8:24
And of course at the start of the show ,
  • 8:24 - 8:29
These customers came to Alexis fake ? innocently wanting to pay for their Christmas shopping.
  • 8:29 - 8:33
All these people thought they would safe paying by check
  • 8:33 - 8:34
    And usually they would be
  • 8:34 - 8:36
    Except they made the mistake
  • 8:36 - 8:38
    For signing with a hustler's pen .
  • 8:39 - 8:41
Now what I have here is one of the checks that we've got
  • 8:41 - 8:44
    It's for 50£
  • 8:44 - 8:46
may payable to Mr Ian Steel .
  • 8:46 - 8:48
Ok this is been written with our pen.
  • 8:48 - 8:52
So if I take our pen , which is got an eraser on the top of it
  • 8:52 - 8:55
Which we took out when we did the scam .
  • 8:55 - 8:57
    If I use that eraser
  • 8:57 - 9:00
I can basically get all the information out
  • 9:00 - 9:03
And the only thing of course I am gonna leave there
  • 9:05 - 9:07
    Is the signature.
  • 9:08 - 9:10
    And now I can use
  • 9:11 - 9:13
    Use a real pen.
  • 9:14 - 9:19
    Pay Alexis Conran , me,
  • 9:20 - 9:23
    500£
  • 9:24 - 9:27
    And now I have this
  • 9:35 - 9:41
    [ Alternative Solutions : ]
  • 9:44 - 9:47
Individuals must be kept track of in a system,
  • 9:48 - 9:50
    to report on environmental capacity,
  • 9:51 - 9:52
    to have a medical record,
  • 9:52 - 9:54
    an identity in that group.
  • 9:54 - 9:57
But this falsehood must be separated from reality,
  • 9:57 - 10:01
to be accepted as a status agreement identity.
  • 10:01 - 10:04
Your identity will not be present in front of others,
  • 10:04 - 10:09
only Software, which will keep track of everything for your benefit.
  • 10:09 - 10:12
This identity will not be mistaken for you,
  • 10:12 - 10:16
just an identity inside Software, for your health,
  • 10:16 - 10:19
and a record of individuals in the system.
  • 10:19 - 10:22
This will work towards earth’s carrying capacity,
  • 10:22 - 10:25
to support X number of individuals.
  • 10:25 - 10:26
    or
  • 10:29 - 10:31
    of a guy's name that ? need,
  • 10:31 - 10:32
it doesn't tell you a thing!
  • 10:32 - 10:37
Jaque Fresco, the JACQUE, this doesn't stand for anything!
  • 10:37 - 10:42
So if these letters stood for areas of interest, do you know what i mean?
  • 10:42 - 10:43
    Botany , Chemistry
  • 10:43 - 10:49
Symbols, new symbols.. You have a new name, symbol 34D;whatever it is,
  • 10:49 - 10:52
that will tell you what the person is like
  • 10:52 - 10:55
instead of you saying "Where do you come from","Where were you born?"
  • 10:55 - 10:58
"What are your major areas of interest", that name will tell you that.
  • 10:58 - 11:01
"I'm an aeronautical engineer". You know what that means
  • 11:01 - 11:05
    "I'm an aerodynamist","I'm a Chemist",you know what that means..
  • 11:05 - 11:09
    So if a guy comes and says :"I'm a Chemist,and i'm D4".
  • 11:09 - 11:11
    That tells you a lot!
  • 11:11 - 11:17
If a guys says :"Well, i'm just a painter and i paint... whatever i feel like painting",
  • 11:17 - 11:20
well, that doesn't tell you very much about the person!
  • 11:20 - 11:26
So I would say the names of people will tell you all about them in the future.
  • 11:27 - 11:29
    Otherwise it becomes cumbersome.
  • 11:29 - 11:38
If you want to manage the Earth inteligently "You can't go on inventing latin names for flower that's 3ft long"
  • 11:38 - 11:46
No, kinda? feels good cause he composes it of latin symbol, in Medicine they add that too!
  • 11:56 - 11:59
It's amazing how the imagination can grasp
  • 11:59 - 12:02
    the individual of the human species;
  • 12:02 - 12:03
    how pieces of paper,
  • 12:03 - 12:06
with some marks on them, can compel,
  • 12:06 - 12:10
force, excite or scare a human being...
