Avril works with a group called Breaking The Silence in a voluntary capacity. Breaking The Silence are a voluntary group which work to help create a Suicide Safer Community by connecting the person at risk of Suicide with life preserving resources. Professionally Avril works as a HR Consultant and as a Career Coach, is qualified in Occupational Testing by the British Psychological Society and Gallup and holds a Masters in HR Leadership, a Higher Diploma in HR Management and is a chartered member of the CIPD.
