Do our movements define us? Cristina Rosa explores the answer to this question by talking about and demonstrating the Afro-Brazilian aesthetic - a different way of moving across and thinking about the world. By examining the intersection of movement and identity, Cristina performs and reveals the volumes that movements speak.

Cristina F. Rosa is a full-time lecturer at Tufts University's Drama and Dance department, where she teaches dance studio classes and seminars. Her research interests include the intersection of embodiment, knowledge production and processes of identification.
