Angels know it's true

Looking for light this cold dark nightit
seems like nothing in this world is going well
all faith is gone and hope is fading
we’re waiting for a miracle of love

There is the light that shines so bright
High in the sky appears a shining star
the heavenly Prince born as a baby
the greatest gift, God’s given to us all

This little baby what a glorious mystery?
Is He the Savior, the Lord of history?
The son of heaven for you and me
Angels are singing they know He is the King! it’s true....

That blessed night this helpless child
there in the stable, sleeps on his mothers lap
He sets us free from sins and sorrows
He brings us grace, gives us new joy
