yeah i know i know for a fact because I

get invitations from people everybody in

this prison here and I've helped not

only myself by helping other people and

I've seen the transformation and other

people and invite him to these classes

as few people in here that I've ever

invited because i saw the need you know

and it works it worked on me when i get

out of here out of prison may thirteen

2016 i will continue that to spread this

way of communication nonviolent

communication so that I can help other

people you know and be effective and

contributing you know to society and

helped a lot of deals that are going on

today so yes I'm very happy for that
